Lynsay Clouser,
Director of Paralegal and Client Services
Lynsay Clouser serves as Director of Paralegal and Client Services, supporting both litigation and immigration practice areas. In her current role, she works closely with attorneys to prepare legal correspondence, draft and assemble immigration filings, and coordinate client communications. Her work includes preparing applications for asylum, adjustment of status, and stateside waivers, as well as responding to complex Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and managing client case timelines.
In addition to her legal responsibilities, Lynsay supports the firm's client engagement efforts by helping to structure service proposals and align pricing with the scope of services and client expectations.
Prior to her current role, Lynsay held roles in operations and client-facing environments where she developed a strong foundation in case coordination, process management, and internal team support. She also brings experience in nonprofit retail operations and financial services, roles in which she developed skills in client service, operational organization, and digital communications.

Lynsay volunteered with a program called "Perfect Fit," which supports low-income women reentering the workforce. She helped ensure participants had access to professional attire—providing interview outfits as well as a week's worth of clothing once they secured employment. Beyond wardrobe support, Lynsay also focused on helping women build confidence and enter the next chapter of their lives with a positive mindset.
