Go to clients.clio.com on a computer, or install the Clio for Clients app on iOS/Android and log in with your email and password.

How do I upload documents to the portal?

Use the Clio for Clients mobile app to scan and upload documents, or upload PDFs via the web portal at clients.clio.com. Name files clearly (e.g., Passport_front.pdf).

I didn't receive my portal invite email.

Check your spam folder for emails from Clio for Clients. If you still don't see it, use the Request Portal Help form on this page and we'll resend your invitation within 24 hours.
