Attorney help, sized to what you need.

Not every immigration question needs a full case. Start with a free review, sit down with an attorney for a focused strategy session, or have us handle the case from start to finish. You see the price before you commit, and we confirm it in writing.

The options

Choose how much help you want.

Each option starts the same way: a short form, then a call from our team. Every inquiry is read by an attorney.

01

Free case review

Free

30 minutes

A good fit for

Understanding where you stand and what comes next.

What you get

  • A conversation about your situation and your goals
  • The likely paths forward and what each one involves
  • A written flat-fee quote, if you would like us to take the case

Good to know. This is not a full legal analysis of a complex record. For court cases, prior orders, or a criminal record, we will suggest a strategy session and tell you before anything costs money.

Attorney strategy session

$300

Credited toward your flat fee if you hire us within 30 days

A good fit for

Complex histories, a second opinion, or a decision you need to get right: court cases, prior orders or removals, criminal records, past denials.

What you get

  • Up to one hour with attorney J. Alexander Short
  • A review of the documents you send ahead of time
  • A clear recommendation: your options, the risks, and the order of the steps
  • A short written summary of your next steps

Good to know. We open only a few sessions each week. Request one and our team will contact you to set a time. You pay when the session is confirmed.

Questions

Before you choose.

What is the difference between the free review and the $300 strategy session?

The free review helps you understand your situation and options, and gives you a quote if you want us to take the case. The strategy session is dedicated attorney time for a complex history or an important decision, with your documents reviewed in advance and written next steps. If your free review shows that your case needs more, we tell you before anything costs money.

Is the $300 credited if I hire you?

Yes. If you hire us for a flat-fee case within 30 days of your session, the $300 is credited toward your fee.

How do I pay for a strategy session?

When we confirm your session, we send a secure payment link. Nothing is charged when you submit the form.

Are government filing fees included?

No. Government fees are separate, paid directly to the agency, and never marked up. Our USCIS filing fee guide lists the current amounts.

Can we meet in Spanish, or by video?

Yes. We meet in English or Spanish, in person in downtown Allentown, by phone, or by secure video.
