Maria Elena Germanetti is an Associate Attorney at Lehigh Valley Immigration Law LLC, representing individuals and families in asylum, removal defense, adjustment of status, family-based petitions, and humanitarian relief. Known for compassionate, detail-oriented advocacy, she guides clients through the U.S. immigration system with clarity and care.
Maria brings a strong foundation in litigation and public service. Before joining the firm, she supported litigation in contract disputes, debtor-creditor rights, employment discrimination, torts, constitutional issues, and immigration law—experience that strengthens her strategic, holistic approach.
As a Certified Legal Intern, Maria gained courtroom experience with the Courts of Common Pleas in Cumberland and Northampton Counties and with the Appellate Division of the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office, handling matters from DV protection orders to DUI trials and summary appeals. She has also served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Lehigh County.
Maria earned her J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law, where she was an Associate Editor of the Dickinson Law Review. She graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. and is completing her M.A. in Criminal Justice at DeSales University with a concentration in digital and mobile forensics.

Maria cuenta con una sólida base en litigio y servicio público. Antes de unirse al bufete, apoyó litigios en contratos, deudor-acreedor, discriminación laboral, daños y perjuicios, temas constitucionales y derecho migratorio, lo que refuerza su enfoque estratégico e integral.
Como Pasante Legal Certificada, obtuvo experiencia en sala ante las Cortes de Common Pleas de los condados de Cumberland y Northampton y en la División de Apelaciones de la Fiscalía de Cumberland, en asuntos como órdenes de protección por violencia doméstica, juicios por DUI y apelaciones sumarias.
