SMS Terms of Service.
By opting in to SMS communications from Lehigh Valley Immigration Law LLC (the "Firm") — whether through our online intake form, by signing our engagement letter, or by any other means — you agree to these SMS Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not opt in to receive text messages from the Firm. You may continue to receive legal services without opting in to SMS.
Program Description
Lehigh Valley Immigration Law LLC operates a customer-care SMS program to communicate with current and prospective clients about their legal matters. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from the Firm, including:
- Appointment and consultation reminders;
- Hearing dates and filing-deadline reminders;
- Requests for documents or additional information needed to advance your matter;
- Case-status updates from USCIS, the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the Department of State, or other government agencies;
- Responses to your inquiries about your matter.
Messages are sent on a one-to-one basis by firm staff (attorney, paralegal, or intake coordinator) in connection with your representation. This program is not used for marketing, promotional offers, or solicitation of new business.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the needs of your case. You may receive between one and ten messages per month, though some weeks may include more or fewer messages depending on case activity such as filings, hearings, or government correspondence.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. The Firm does not charge a fee to send or receive SMS messages, but standard text-messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan and any applicable fees.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS communications from the Firm at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send you. You will receive a single confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, after which the Firm will not send you further SMS messages in connection with this program.
