The way we practice
Prepared before anyone asks.
Most problems in an immigration case are visible in the file long before an officer raises them: a gap in the history, an old arrest, a document from the wrong office. We find those questions early and answer them in the filing, not at the interview.
Bucks County clients can start by phone or video, share documents through our secure portal, and stay in touch with our bilingual client-care team between conversations. When a face-to-face meeting helps, we meet at our Allentown office.

For any required interview or hearing, follow the location, format, and instructions on your official notice and later updates. We review those details with you as part of preparation. For a marriage license issued in Bucks County, request certified records through the Register of Wills and Clerk of the Orphans’ Court. Where will my USCIS interview or court hearing take place?

How much does an immigration lawyer cost?
We generally use flat legal fees, with scope and price confirmed in writing. Typical monthly payment plans are about $225–$450, depending on the matter, total fee, and timeline. Government fees are separate. Most new matters begin with a free 30-minute consultation; complex reviews and second opinions may be $275, disclosed in advance.
Where do I request a Bucks County divorce decree?
Bucks County divorce decrees are held by the Prothonotary in Doylestown. Family court documents are not available through the county’s online records viewer, so copies are requested from the office directly. If the divorce was granted elsewhere, request the decree from the court that entered it. We help confirm the document and type of copy your matter needs.
What if someone is detained or a deadline is approaching?
Call (484) 763-4984 and identify the deadline or detention concern. For an RFE, NOID, hearing notice, or ICE document, share every page. Most inquiries receive a response within one business day; submitting an inquiry does not extend a government deadline.
