Alex earned his Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson Law — where he co-founded the Dickinson Law Addiction Legal Resource Team and contributed scholarship published in Harvard Law School's Bill of Health Blog — and his Bachelor of Arts in Politics and American Government from the University of Virginia. Before law school, he served as a U.S. Congressional Page under Congressman Michael G. Fitzpatrick, an experience that shaped his lifelong commitment to public service.
