Our Approach
Transparent flat fees, built for immigration cases.
Every fee on this page is the same number you'll see in your engagement letter. We list our attorney fee, then we show the USCIS or court filing fee — separately, at cost — so you know exactly what you're paying and to whom.
Most LVIL clients begin their case for $200–$400 per month on automatic payments, with a small initial payment to open the file. We never charge by the hour for the case itself, and we never mark up government fees.
When cases need extra services — an interview attendance, a motion, a bond hearing — those are quoted as separate flat fees so the line items stay clear. No surprise invoices.
Cost shouldn't be the reason a case waits.
El costo no debería ser la razón por la que un caso espera.

What's Included
Clear line items — and no surprises later.
Every engagement letter spells out exactly what we'll do, what we won't, and what gets billed if scope shifts. Most cases never need extras — when they do, you'll see the number before we move.
What our flat fee covers: forms, evidence strategy, cover letters, RFE responses, NVC and consular coordination where relevant, and pre-interview prep. Most petitions are one flat fee start to finish.
What's quoted separately: in-person interview attendance, court motions, appeals to the BIA, and stays of removal. These are quoted as flat add-ons so the price is fixed before we begin.
What's never marked up: USCIS filing fees, DOS fees, and EOIR court fees. Those are listed on each pricing card at face value, payable directly to the government.
